Unlike our competitors we offer a full configuration, installation, delivery and training service and have trained individuals able to provide telephone support to customers. These options can be tailored to suit each individual customer dependent upon their needs. PermaJet are a registered distributor for Image Access and the only company in the UK specialising in their Fine Art and Photography reproduction scanners.
Warranty
All scanners come with a free 1 year RTB warranty with a full parts and labour warranty is also available for up to 5 years.
Upgrade to 60inch Scanning
The WideTEK48 ART and WideTEK 60ART are the same physical unit. The WideTek 48ART can be upgraded at any time to 60 inch wide scanning capability through a software upgrade.
