Smooth Fine Art Papers

Award-winning range of digital fine art papers with smooth and delicately structured surfaces finished with a multilayer Matte coating.

These Museum grade, acid free medias are made from Alpha Cellulose, Cotton Rag or a mixture of the two with base weights from 200-310gsm. All materials are coated to give your images incredible colour saturation and exceptionally deep black’s. Base materials are refined to remove acid and lignin’s to ensure and prolong archival stability.

All papers carry a certificate of archival stability awarded by UKAS approved laboratories. PermaJet, a leading and forward-thinking member of The Fine Art Trade Guild adopted the standards required by the Guilds ArtSure™ scheme to ensure high standards were maintained throughout the range.

The Knowledge

Smooth Fine Art papers are the highest grade of inkjet papers, made from Alpha Cellulose, Cotton Rag, or a mixture of the two. These materials are refined to remove any unwanted substances such as acid that will cause yellowing over time.
